3.0 Methodology

3.1 Sample

The respondents will be UMP students. We are targeting on 50 boys and 50 girls. The survey will be carrying out at two places. The two places are UMP café at kk1 and kk4. We choose out respondent randomly. This is because students that addicted to junk food can be fat or thin.

3.2 Data collection method

The method we are using is questionnaire. In the questionnaire there are several types of questions. First six questions are close ended questions. In these five questions they are asked to answer multiple choice questions. Next three questions are open ended questions, where they are asked to rate about taking junk food. Finally, the last question is an open ended question. It asks for suggestions to students to avoid taking junk food frequently.

3.3 Procedure

This survey will be carrying out for four days. One of my group members will be in café KK1 and the others will be in café KK4. This questionnaire will be given to UMP students randomly. They will be asked to answer the questions honestly within 10-15 minutes. The questionnaire sheet will be gathered and all the information we have get will be analyzed by that day.

3.4 Data Analysis

Data that are obtained would be the frequency of the UMP students addicted to junk food. Plus, which gender addicted more to junk food. We also will be able to know the range of age of students that have high percentage addiction to junk food. All the data will be analyzed and presented in a pie chart and graph.
